Liked new-fashioned and neat rooms.

I was happy with hotel's fantastic location very close to everything. The personnel were excellent and made me feel welcome. Location: the property was next to the old town, the ferries and the bus terminal and the town center. Street food restaurant Perpetuum was 300 metres away from the place...

The hotel offers impeccable service. The rooms are soundproof and modern with new furnishings. The hotel has a marvelous location, just a 4-6 minute walk from a forested hillside park.

Excellent location, just a short walk to the town center and boardwalk. Great host, punctual and easy to communicate with. Clean and updated apartment with a convenient washer. Surrounding area offers plenty of dining options. Close to port and main bus stop for easy transportation.

The rooms are modern and have very comfortable beds, and the staff is friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests.

The personnel were amicable and excellent. The location was great for walking around a huge fortress. The service provided there was impeccable.

I recently stayed at Luxury Studios in Split for a short trip and I couldn't have been happier. The compact space was incredibly well designed, providing everything I needed and making me feel right at home. I loved being able to cook and boil a kettle, it was so convenient. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, the ferries, and the bus terminal. The apartment was super clean and cozy, with great amenities like a good shower and air conditioning. a fantastic stay!

I loved staying here! The apartment was very clean and modern, with everything I needed for cooking and lots of great amenities such as a smart TV with Netflix. The location was perfect - it was very close to all the main areas and only a short walk from plenty of cafes, restaurants, and bars. The host Anna was very helpful and gave me a map of the city and some leaflets, and the fact that there was no reception in the building was not a problem at all.

This modern apartment is conveniently located close to everything, next to the old town and to the main areas of the city. the room is spotless clean with good water pressure for shower. the apartment is well equipped with a smart TV, kitchen facilities, storage/wardrobe space, working air conditioning and a comfy bed with down pillows and duvet.

The toilet may be a bit small for some guests.

The studio at Luxury Studios & Rooms Seven was super clean and comfortable. The bed was so cozy, and the air conditioning was impressively quiet. Anna, the host, provided really good service and were really nice too accommodate my late arrival. I felt taken care of , and I can't thank Anna enough.

We had a fantastic stay at this clean and spacious studio. It had everything we needed, including a washer, which was a big help. the location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurant options just a few steps away. We also appreciated the convenience of easy access to the ferry and long distance bus stop with no stairs or unpaved streets to navigate. Communication with the host was smooth, making check-in and check-out quick and easy.

It was a wonderful experience overall. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

New apartment, well-equipped for cooking, clean, only 2 mins walk from Riva. Quiet area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Smart TV with Netflix. Helpful host provided map and leaflets. No reception, so inform host of arrival. Highly recommend!

Bathroom sink too small.

The hotel was conveniently located near the town center and local restaurants, making it easy to reach these places. the room was equipped with necessary amenities, such as a washer and kitchen, providing a comfortable stay. the location was near public transportation options, allowing for easy travel around the city.

The bathroom was quite small in size, and the shower door narrow, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. Another disadvantage was the lack of view from the apartment, as the apartment complex was in between other buildings and had no windows.
